It is October 26, 2008. I am attending my first Matrix Energetics Seminar in Baltimore Maryland on Oct. 31-Nov. 3rd. I am both excited and apprehensive at the same time. I will be staying with a friend who lives nearby.
I got interested in Matrix Energetics after listening to Marla Frees interview Richard Bartlett, founder of Matrix Energetics, on Whitley Strieber's Dreamland radio show on March 22, 2008. The interview was fun and fascinating and I was left thinking " could this be true?!" Well , turns out it is. I took the plunge and bought the book Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation by Dr. Richard Bartlett. Like many I tried the 2 Pointing technique which is the foundation of Matrix Energetics. And like many I had hit and miss results. When it worked I would question what just happened and when it didn't work I would tell myself of course it didn't work....because it is CRAZY !
Having enough positive results 2 pointing I decided to go to a seminar given by Dr. Bartlett to see once and for all if I can get good enough at it to use as a tool or skill, that is to be able to 2 point at will as if I were carving a wax model for my jewelry. I equate it with wax sculpting because when I first started carving wax the image I had in my head was not exactly what the finished sculpted wax looked like. So like Matrix Energetics 2 pointing it was hit-and-miss at first. I got a result but it was crude and I was unsure about the outcome and worried I would mess it up. After a while the carving tools and my hands responded as needed- it became natural and intuitive. I had the confidence to tackle a carving and know It would turn out OK and I would just know when to stop. The knowing when to stop part is also like doing Matrix Energetics in that at some point you just "know" it is time to let go and get out of the way.
So I will record my experiences thoughts and feeling about the seminar as well as detail other experiences with Matrix Energetics ( ME ). I will be posting about the 6 hr. intro to Matrix Energetics workshop I went to by Lily Dale NY given by Cheryl Andersen http://www.newenergetics.com/. That was great!
It is weird,wild, fun ,amazing, crazy, but most of all - it somehow works! I will also post my experience with " the shit hitting the fan" when I first started using ME. That one will take me some time to compose. To be in question is good. May we also find some answers together along the way.
